Summary

A complete review of the assessment and plan plus any other supporting documentation deemed relevant for each case. Production of a comprehensive audit tool for each case evaluating whether HMIP inspection standards (at the prompt level) have been met or not in relation to assessment, planning, implementation /delivery, review and resettlement (where relevant).

AUDIT SCOPE
  1. Review of the assessment and plan plus other supporting documentation deemed relevant for each case
  2. Completion of an audit tool for each case evaluating whether HMIP inspection standards (at the prompt level) have been met or not in relation to assessment, planning, implementation/delivery, review and resettlement (where relevant).  This will include detailed commentary around areas of good practice as well as areas that could be improved and how they could be improved (typically c. 8-9 pages per case).
  3. Production of a summary report outlining the percentage of cases meeting prompt level standards and progress of that over time plus recommended actions to improve practice (training, process/procedure change, system accessibility, management/governance changes etc.)
